I/We agree that my/our proposed appointment as the DSA shall be subject to verification of my/our testimonials and credentials and UFO’s screening procedures for appointment of DSA.
I/We agree that submission of the registration form to UFO is only an expression of interest and does not qualify me/us for my/our appointment as DSA and the same shall be UFO’s sole discretion.
I/We agree that UFO is free to evaluate multiple applicants for the same set of Cinema Screens (Screen Clusters) and UFO’s decision to appoint DSA shall be final. In case a set of Cinema Screens is already allocated to a DSA, then the application would not be considered, however the applicant can always apply again for another set of Cinema Screens.
I/We agree that my/our appointment as the DSA shall be final only after execution of definitive agreement with UFO.
I/We agree that the details given in this Registration Form are to the best of my/our knowledge true and correct.
